For busy working men and women coming home late and tired, the convenience of a side of beef meal packs in the freezer is great. A few meals can be cooked up at the weekend, or double batches through the week.  For people working from home, there is no need to go out shopping so often when freezers and pantries are well stocked. I usually move a few packs into the fridge every few days and make the evenings meals out of whatever thaws first.
